Album zespołu (sporo miesza się tam skład) byłego lidera Oasis, Noela Gallaghera, Flying Bird ukazał się pod koniec ubiegłego miesiąca. Gdyby nie Trójka pewnie bym go teraz przeoczył, ale z pewnością 'odnalazłbym go' w 2018. Obaj bracia Gallagherowie więc zaznaczyli mijający rok nowymi płytami.
Album Noela jest taki sobie łagodnie mówiąc (Liam ze swoim 'As You Were' także mnie specjalnie nie zauroczył), ale jedna z piosenek promujących album, "It's A Beautiful World" urzekła mnie. I to ta w wersji koncertowej, live, z pierwszego videoclipu. Lepsza wokalnie, instrumentalnie, brzmieniowo, co ciekawe, bo zazwyczaj wersje studyjne są bardziej dopieszczone, brzmią lepiej. Mnie trudno od tej piosenki się uwolnić. Wersji live. Podoba mi się dodana tam tamburyna (gra na niej pani, która deklamuje po francusku). Interesujący tekst. "Piękna noc, piękny sen, piękny świat... Wszystko co moje jest prawdziwe i właściwe". Noel zaskakuje mnie w tym numerze swoim wokalem. Wyciąga bardzo przyzwoicie górne rejestry. Piszę o tym, bo w Oasis raczej Liam był głównym wokalistą, choć największy przebój kapeli wyśpiewał Noel i nigdzie nie słyszałem tak śpiewającego starszego z dwóch braci. A wspomniany numer... Jest na moim topie.

| Obaj Gallagerowie nie przepadają za sobą. Trudno znaleźć zdjęcia braci w ciągu ostatnich lat. Na szczęście rzadko się spotykają, więc doniesień o bójkach obu braci teraz nie ma. Noel: On ma obsesję na moim punkcie'. |
